The warranty period shall be for six (6) months from the date of delivery. The warranty covers repair of defects at no extra charge if defects are found to be due to manufacturing problems as assessed by BIARA’s official representative. However, incidental charges may apply as specified in the succeeding paragraph.
If the items to be repaired are located outside of Metro Manila, the customer shall have the option to:
Arrange for the delivery of the item/s to the BIARA factory at no cost to BIARA
Have the item/s repaired on location and shoulder the transportation expenses and other incidental expenses of the BIARA crew who will work on the repairs.
3. It is the responsibility of the customer to check thoroughly the items delivered and ensure that these are free from scratches, cracks, damages, defects, dents and stains. Once the customer accepts these items in good condition, Biara will not be liable for any repair.
